Executive Summary
CORE-ERMC is an industrial railway control and intelligence architecture — sensors, edge controllers, subsystem intelligence, train digital twin and depot/fleet platform.
The Stack
Sensors → edge controllers → CORE-ERMC → subsystem intelligence → train-level digital twin → depot / fleet platform. Each layer has a distinct role, from raw signal acquisition to fleet-wide analytics.

Not Generic Conversational Ai
CORE-ERMC is purpose-built industrial control and diagnostics software. It is not a general-purpose conversational AI system, and its outputs to safety-relevant subsystems are always mediated by deterministic control logic (see SAFE-C).
This publication describes conceptual frameworks and proposed architectures. Where quantitative figures appear, they are engineering projections intended for planning and are subject to experimental validation.
Digital Twin
The train-level digital twin aggregates module telemetry into a coach-by-coach status view — air quality, thermal, energy, safety, water and equipment health — intended for both onboard monitoring and depot/fleet analytics.
