Executive Summary
Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety are tracked from concept through to lifecycle management — not asserted after the fact.
The Lifecycle
Concept → design → prototype → testing → qualification → pilot → field validation → fleet deployment → lifecycle management. Each stage produces evidence that feeds the next.

No Shortcuts
Certification has not been achieved at any stage of this lifecycle unless explicitly stated. Publishing the lifecycle stage alongside any performance figure is intended to prevent a simulation or bench result from being read as a certified field outcome.
This publication describes conceptual frameworks and proposed architectures. Where quantitative figures appear, they are engineering projections intended for planning and are subject to experimental validation.
Connection To The Pilot Programme
The Pilot stage in this lifecycle corresponds to the staged G0–G5 Full-Train Demonstration & Validation Programme described on the Pilot page.
