AERIS-A™

Advanced Environmental Rail Intake System

AERIS-A governs how outside air enters the coach and how it is conditioned before reaching the cabin. It works as part of an integrated air-management architecture together with THERM-R — it does not independently "purify all air"; it manages intake, filtration and environmental sensing at the point of entry.

AERIS-A™

Functions

  • Intelligent fresh-air intake
  • Multi-stage filtration
  • Air-quality sensing (PM2.5 / PM10 / CO₂)
  • Particulate monitoring
  • Environmental condition monitoring
  • Controlled ventilation
  • Airflow optimisation
  • Cabin air-quality intelligence
  • Interaction with thermal management

Sensors & Interfaces

  • Particulate matter (PM2.5/PM10)
